Important customer information

All prices (unless stated otherwise) comply with the fixed national retail price in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prices are subject to change without notice. Alternatives will be delivered after consultation with you.

Shipping

1. Shipping via UPS: The receipt of goods must be ensured. UPS will attempt to deliver your parcel three times, usually at the same time of day. In case you are not permanently available at the address stated during the day, you can also give us an alternate delivery address of a person or company.

2. Shipping via German Mail / DHL: The receipt of goods should be ensured. In case you are not permanently available at the address stated during the day, the mail carrier will leave a notification with which you can pick up the consignment at the nearest post office. You are welcome to state an alternate delivery address.

Payment

An invoice will be included with orders with values up to EUR 80,00. Orders with a value of EUR 80,00 or higher will be shipped after payment has been received:

1.                 Via credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard / Eurocard).

2.                 By direct debit (free postage): all you need to do is to grant us a revocable approval to debit the amount invoiced from your bank account. We will gladly forward you the necessary form by fax or e-mail. You have a six week cancellation right. NOT AVAILABLE in case of initial order.

3.                 By invoice above an order value of EUR 80,00. Only for returning customers who have already ordered and paid on time on several occasions. NOT AVAILABLEin case of initial order.

4.                 By prepayment. In case you have chosen the option “prepayment”, please wait for our order confirmation before you make the payment.

Wholesalers / retailers

Please contact us for details on the required documents. We will then send you your retailer registration for completion. After its validation took place, you will be supplied according to the common wholesale conditions.


Consignments on approval

Shipping damage

Our shipments are packaged carefully to avoid breakage. In the unlikely yet possible event of shipping damage, we will replace the damaged items free of charge under the following conditions:

Shipping damages have to be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the shipment. After you have filed your complaint with the carrier, notify Mail Order Music Berlin on the extent of the damage (support@mailordermusic.net or FREECALL 0800 80 50 30 1) and await further instructions. Do not return merchandise without prior consent.

You have the right to return merchandise within 2 weeks after having received your shipment. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for details concerning returns and refunds. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first (support@mailordermusic.net or FREECALL 0800 80 50 30 1).

Instructions on withdrawal - Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Musik-Oehme, Onkel-Tom-Str. 3, 14169 Berlin, Tel.: 03080195767, Fax: 03080195769, Email: info@mailordermusic.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
